The Challenge
To increase the value that Balance Sports Nutritions derives from its sponsorship portfolio.
Our Role
We worked with the Balance team to:
- Analsyse the existing sponsorship portfolio
- Measure value associated with each contract
- Provide a gap analysis on assets
- Build the sponsorship activation model for all 'aligned' partnerships
- Re-negotiate inclusions and exclusions within all key athlete and event sponsorship agreements

- Streamlined sponsorship portfolio
- Increased assets per contract at no incremental costs
- Increased returns from activation of sponsorships through integrated framework
